At KY 181. There is a temporary four way stop condition. Traffic signal timings have been changed. Until tomorrow at about 11:59PM EDT.

Comment: Testing of traffic signal phasing will take place over the next few days to assure the new signal is working properly. If everything checks out, it will be left in red flashing mode with the intersection functioning as a 4-way stop through the weekend. Plans are to put the new signal into full operation sometime on the morning of Monday, April 20, 2013.
